Did you know, we offer registry's for birth's, showers and birthday's. We have a growing selection of new unique, local, fairly traded and eco-friendly items for belly, baby and beyond. All our products are ethical and we stand behind them 100%. Our Made by Momma's items are locally made, supporting the crafts of talented Momma's. We have had this program for 2 strong years!


We also offer gift certificates for items in store and for our Resource Center Classes. Giving something just for Mom is a nice idea and we offer earings and other accessories just for that.

Accepting FALL items for Consignment

Happy Monday, it's a bitter sweet post today as we announce the beginning of FALL into retail land. Great news for you, now is the time to sort through last years fall clothing, give it a wash and bring in your best. We accept consignments anytime, here are some items we like for FALL.

Rubber boots, running shoes, jeans and pants, long sleeved shirts, light sweaters and zip up hoody's, light rain jackets, 1 piece rain suits. No longer is short sleeved shirts, shorts and swim suits.
Always accepting, toys, books, games and baby gear.

Baby Hawk, Asian Style Carriers

The Baby Hawks have arrived! We are so happy to add this great carrier to our Baby Wearing section. We now stock 6 different carriers and we plan to add more as we grow.

We are so pleased to be working with Sam our resident baby wearing expert, she is heading out on her next adventure - baby wearing school in Ohio. She will be back to bring us great things!

Now onto the new new Mei Tai carriers!

Mei Tai's are Chinese inspired baby carriers that offer 4 long straps that are tied around the caregiver. Baby's and Toddlers up to 40lbs can be carried on your front, back and hip.

The Baby Hawk Mei Tai can fit up to a womens size 22/24 and a mens xxl. Baby Hawk also ofers longer straps when needed.

A Mei Tai is a great newborn carrier and is great for nursing. Baby's are safe and content in the upright position.

Baby Hawks are reversible and Made in the USA!

We currently have 10 different patterns to choose from!

Announcing the First Annual Podlings Beach Day!

Join us for some great family fun on Sunday August 22nd from 12-4 at Kye Bay, Comox.

We have many wonderful, fun customers and we would love to spend the day with you

and the kids at the beach!

We are planning a potluck-with a few surprises-so bring a small snack to share and your own water bottles.

We will set up tables and umbrellas close to the last parking lot down at the end of the road.

So turn left through the cabins and houses to the end you will find us.

We will have more updates and reminder as we get closer.
